We are a professional accountancy firm, not a large corporate. That means every member of staff works directly with the Managing Partner on real engagements — statutory audits, donor project audits, tax assignments, and advisory work across Uganda. You will not spend years doing low-level tasks waiting for exposure. From your first month you are on the file, under supervision, doing substantive work. Our quality management framework is governed by ISQM 1. Every engagement is documented, reviewed, and closed to a professional standard. Staff who go through this environment build habits that distinguish them in the market.

James Ok and Partners, CPA exists to deliver audit, tax, accounting, and advisory services to the highest professional standard — under ICPAU oversight, in accordance with international standards, and with the integrity that clients and regulators expect from a licensed CPA firm.
