James Ok and Partners, CPA is a professional accountancy firm licensed by the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Uganda (ICPAU) under the Accountants Act, 2013. We have been delivering audit, tax, accounting, and advisory services to clients across Uganda since 2014, from our office in Ntinda, Kampala.

Managing Partner
CPA James Okello is the founder and Managing Partner of James Ok and Partners, CPA. He holds a practising certificate issued by ICPAU (Certificate No. P0378, Firm No. AF0261) and is a registered Tax Agent with the Uganda Revenue Authority (Registration No. CR01252093654). James leads all engagements personally — from acceptance through to the signing of reports. Every audit file, every tax return, and every advisory deliverable that leaves this firm has been reviewed and approved by him. Clients deal with the partner directly, not through layers of staff. His experience spans statutory audits, donor-funded project audits, public sector audits under the Office of the Auditor General, tax compliance and advisory, and business consulting across NGOs, private companies, regulated entities, and Local Governments.
